Dance Program - Weekend of June 23, 2001
We are so excited to announce that Ms. Jia Rong Wu will be giving us a special dance program for this weekend.
Ms. Wu recieved her BFA degree in Dance at National Institute of Arts in Taiwan. In 1990, she started teaching in various dance programs, and as a dancer, choreographer in many prestigious dance companies.
Jia came to USA in 1996 and consequently graduated from the Arizona State University with an MFA degree in Dance. She later received an MS degree and is currently working for CISCO.
While enrolled in the MFA dance program of ASU in Tempe, AZ. Jia had performed in a variety of dances with the following artists/choreographers/teachers: Ann Ludwig, Cliff Keuter, Elina Mooney, Young-Ae Park, and Kevin O'Day. Jia had also taught ballet and modern dance at ASU, and Chinese dance at Chinese Linguistic School of Phoenix.
